The ordinance on the detailed conditions for granting support for the purchase of new vehicles from the funds of the Low-Emission Transport Fund to natural persons not engaged in economic activity and the conditions for the settlement of this support was published on November 13, 2019 in the Official Gazette.
Individuals will be able to receive a grant of 30% of the purchase price of an electric vehicle or hydrogen-powered vehicle. The amount of support for an electric vehicle cannot be higher than PLN 37,500, and for a hydrogen-powered vehicle PLN 90,000. Co-financing will cover the purchase of an electric vehicle, the price of which does not exceed PLN 125,000, and in the case of a hydrogen vehicle PLN 300,000.
