Few weeks ago, the Council of Ministers adopted a draft act amending the act on spatial planning and development. The new regulations include clarify the rules for locating renewable energy sources. Now it turns out that a significant change will be introduced in the scope of regulations relevant to the RES market.
According to the information provided by Parkiet, the amendment to the draft act submitted by the Ministry of Climate and Environment provides for the implementation of photovoltaic farm projects under the existing conditions until the adoption of general plans of municipalities, no longer than by the end of 2025.
