Deputy Minister of Climate and Government Plenipotentiary for Renewable Energy Sources, Ireneusz Zyska announced that the draft hydrogen strategy is to be submitted to public consultations in November 2020, so that the government could adopt it in the first quarter of 2021. He also stipulated that the market must be built first, therefore the strategy should be technologically neutral.
These words were confirmed by the Minister of Cuba, according to whom the strategy will be the basis for work on the hydrogen law.
