The latest government plans provide for auctions for the maximum total installed capacity of offshore wind farms at the level of 12 GW, while previously they assumed 5 GW. Changes in this respect have been provided for in the updated draft act amending the act on renewable energy sources and certain other acts (UC99), which was published on the website of the Government Legislation Centre.
