RNext week, the government will deal with a draft amendment to the act on investments in wind farms, which assumes that a new wind farm can only be located on the basis of a local spatial development plan (MPZP), and not – as yet – an area designated in accordance with the 10H rule, government spokesman Piotr Muller informed (ISBnews).
The draft is to be submitted to the next meeting of the Council of Ministers, which will be held on Tuesday, July 5, 2022. The official agenda for this meeting has not yet been published
