At yesterday’s meeting, the Council of Ministers adopted a draft act on the preparation and implementation of investments in the field of pumped-storage power plants (ESP). The new law prepared by the Ministry of Climate and Environment (MKiŚ) assumes, first of all, granting investments in pumped-storage power plants the status of public-purpose investments. This is to ensure their faster implementation.
