The President of the Energy Regulatory Office published an annual report on electricity generation in small RES installations.

In 2022, a record increase in the number of producers and installations was recorded in our country, but these results were largely influenced by the change in the definition of small installations. Photovoltaics continues to be the most popular. Throughout the past year, the number of energy producers entered in the register of producers in small installations increased from 1,292 to 2,448, i.e. by nearly 90 percent. In turn, the number of registered installations increased by 2,327 units, from 1,932 to 4,259, which means an increase of 120 percent. Over 70 percent of which (3,056) are installations using solar energy.
