Polskie Sieci Elektroenergetyczne has announced the threat period, which will occur on Friday, September 23, 2022 between 19:00 – 20:00 and 20:00 – 21:00. The above is the first such case in history.
PSE’s decision results from the fact that the power reserve in the National Power System turned out to be too low. PSE ensures that the announcement of the threat period does not affect electricity consumers, it is only a signal for the capacity market units to fulfill their capacity obligations during these hours.
