On November 4, 2022, the Regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment on the reference price of electricity from renewable energy sources and the periods applicable to producers who won auctions in a given year was published in the Journal of Laws. The regulation entered into force the day after its publication.
According to the regulation, the reference price for the installation:
– with a total installed electrical capacity of no more than 1 MW, using only onshore wind energy to generate electricity, amounts to PLN 340 / MWh (the draft was PLN 320 / MWh);
– with a total installed electrical capacity of more than 1 MW, using only onshore wind energy to generate electricity, is PLN 295 per MWh (the draft was PLN 270 / MWh);
– with a total installed electrical capacity of no more than 1 MW, using only solar radiation energy to generate electricity, is PLN 375 / MWh (the draft was PLN 340 / MWh);
– with a total installed electrical capacity of more than 1 MW, using only solar radiation energy to generate electricity, is PLN 355 / MWh (the draft was PLN 320 / MWh);
