On the website of the Government Legislation Center, today, on February 26, 2021, a draft regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment on the reference price of electricity from renewable energy sources in 2021 and the periods applicable to producers who won auctions in 2021 was published.
According to the project, the reference price for renewable energy installations:
- with a total installed electrical capacity of no more than 1 MW, using only wind energy onshore to generate electricity, is PLN 320 / MWh;
- with a total installed electrical capacity of more than 1 MW, using only wind energy onshore to generate electricity, is 230 PLN / MWh;
- with a total installed electric capacity of no more than 1 MW, using only solar radiation energy to generate electricity, is 340 PLN / MWh;
- with a total installed electric capacity of more than 1 MW, using only solar radiation energy to generate electricity electricity, amounts to PLN 320 / MWh;
Comments within the framework of public consultations may be submitted within 21 days from the day the draft in question is made available.
