In November, seven auctions will be held for new RES installations. This year’s auctions will start on Monday, November 13 and will last until November 22. In the seven November auctions, a total of almost 88 TWh of green energy with a maximum value of approx. PLN 40.8 billion will be offered for sale.

The first, on November 13 and 14, are auctions for installations using landfill biogas, biogas from sewage treatment plants and other biogas, for dedicated biomass combustion installations, hybrid systems, waste thermal treatment installations, including high-efficiency cogeneration, as well as for dedicated multi-fuel combustion installations.

The next auction – November 15 – will be open to installations using only agricultural biogas, including high-efficiency cogeneration, with an installed electrical capacity of more than 1 MW.

On November 16 and 17, auctions dedicated to water sources, using bioliquids and geothermal energy, are planned in baskets for capacities both below and above 1 MW.

On November 21 and 22, the last auctions planned for this year will take place, which will be dedicated to photovoltaics and onshore wind installations (in two baskets: for installations with a capacity below and above 1 MW).
