Patrycja Klarecka, Member of the Management Board of PKN Orlen, informs that during the Economic Forum in Krynica-Zdrój, the company is preparing to launch a CVC fund.
Plans concerning this project are in progress, it is expected that the implementation of this project will take place at the turn of 2019 and 2020.
PKN Orlen has prepared a document called Strategic Research Agenda (SAB), which is to define by 2030 the areas of the company’s investments, business models allowing to consolidate the competitive position of the concern and the progress of new technological solutions.
SAB formulates 11 main objectives of technological development and 30 research plans, among others, in the areas of refineries, petrochemicals, low-emission power engineering, new generations of materials, digitalization, recognition and extraction of hydrocarbons.
