The Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure of July 29, 2022 amending the regulation on the evaluation of applications in the adjudication proceedings was published in the Journal of Laws on August 3, 2022.
The regulation entered into force on the day following its publication, i.e. 4 August 2022.
