As the deputy director of the Department of Low-Emission Economy in the Ministry of Development, Przemysław Hofman informed, (…) intra-ministerial work on making the provisions of the Distance Act more flexible is to be completed by the end of September. Then they are to be submitted to social and inter-ministerial consultations. I believe that the amended act will enter into force at the beginning of 2021.
