The European Commission sent to Poland the so-called reasoned opinion, pointing to the incomplete implementation by our country of the second EU directive on renewable energy sources 2018/2001, the so-called RED II.
Poland still has two months to fully implement the RED II directive. If we fail to meet this deadline, the European Commission may refer the case to the Court of Justice of the European Union (CJEU).
