The requirements for electromobility in local authorities will be postponed until 2020

According to Gazeta Prawna, the draft amendments to the Electromobility Act assume that the contracts of local government units with entities that will not have electric or gas fleets will expire only on 31 December 2021. It was also added that the requirement will apply only to the execution of contracts whose value exceeds EUR 30,000.

According to the letter received by Dziennik Gazeta Prawna, the European Parliament informs that the amendments to the Electromobility Act are to be adopted in this term of the Sejm. – The postponement of the date from which the requirement for a fleet of second-hand vehicles will apply is due to the need to adapt the provisions of the Act concerning the obligation to introduce infrastructure for loading and refuelling vehicles – explains the department of innovation and technology development of ME, quoted by „Gazeta Prawna” the department of innovation and technology development of ME.
