The amendment to the act on biocomponents and liquid biofuels and some other acts adopted today, i.e. on July 24, by the Sejm (Sejm print No. 437) provides for the liquidation of the Low-Emission Transport Fund (FNT) and its takeover by the National Fund for Environmental Protection and Water Management as part of a long-term commitment . The amendment also includes a provision on the change of the starting date of charging the power fee from electricity consumers as part of the capacity market and its shift from October 1, 2020 to January 1, 2021.
