Today, i.e. on December 13, 2022, at the meeting of the Council of Ministers, a self-amendment to the government draft act amending the act on investments in wind farms and certain other acts (UD207) was adopted.
The content of the self-amendment has not yet been published. However, as Minister Moskwa announced on Twitter, according to the amendment, “the wind power investor will provide at least 10% of the installed capacity to the residents of the municipality in the virtual prosumer formula“.
Now the self-amendment will be submitted to the Sejm, which will enable the amendment to the act on investments in wind farms to be given print no. and to undertake further parliamentary work.
