Already today, the capacity installed in RES is 23.4 GW. This is three times more than at the end of 2015. In the coming years, this increase will be almost exponential. According to the assumptions for the update of the Polish Energy Policy until 2040, by the end of this decade the capacity installed in RES will reach 50, and in the perspective of 2040 88 GW. That’s four times more than today. This shows the scale of changes that are taking place and will take place in the energy sector
