In response to the question about the possibility of changing the connection of a renewable energy source installation with secured support in the auction system, after winning the auction, the Energy Regulatory Office emphasizes that the provisions of the Act on RES do not regulate this issue.
As assured by the office, each such case is analyzed individually, but the general rule is that such a change may not cause the investment location to change, exceeding the area specified in the certificate of admission to the auction.
In its position, the Energy Regulatory Office writes that they try to accept such requests and the needs of entrepreneurs, taking into account the technical possibilities of connecting the installation in a given place and receiving the generated electricity, as well as practical and economic considerations of the investments being implemented.
