In February this year, the volume of trading on the intraday gas market amounted to 862,880 MWh, which is the best monthly result in the history of trading on this market. The average daily volume of trading on the Day-Ahead Market of electricity reached a record level of 107,716 MWh in February.
In the case of electricity, the volume of TGE amounted to 16,910,211 MWh. The trading volume on the spot market was 3,231,497 MWh, the highest monthly value in the history of this market. The average price weighted by the trading volume on the DAM was in February at the level of PLN 273.34 / MWh. On RTPE, the weighted average price of the annual contract with strip delivery in 2022 (BASE_Y-22) in February was PLN 272.36 / MWh.
On the natural gas market, transactions were concluded for the volume of 11,691,148 MWh. The volume of trading on the intraday gas market amounted to 862,880 MWh, which is the best monthly result in the history of trading on this market. The volume-weighted average price on the DAM & IDMg in February was 94.42 PLN / MWh, while on the RTPG the weighted average price for a contract with delivery in 2022 (GAS_BASE_Y-22) was 87.61 PLN / MWh.
In terms of property rights for electricity generated in RES, the volume was 2,723,634 MWh. The average weighted by the volume of trading with the price at PRM sessions was 142.25 PLN / MWh for the PMOZE_A instrument.
The trade in Guarantees of Origin for electricity generated in RES amounted to 1,980,233 MWh. The weighted average price reached PLN 1.21 / MWh.
