On May 30, 2019, during the meeting of the Standing Committee of the Council of Ministers, a draft amendment to the act on renewable energy sources and some other acts was adopted.
The project has been expanded, among others for regulations regarding prosumer status, enabling it to be obtained also for small and medium enterprises.
Minister of Entrepreneurship and Technology Jadwiga Emilewicz expressed her hope in the conversation with the Polish Press Agency that the project will be approved by the parliament in July of the current year.
