The Wysokie Napięcie website published an article on the dispute between the Ministry of Climate and Environment and the Ministry of Development and Technology over legal regulations regarding the direct line.
In recent weeks, the WysokieNapiecie.pl portal has received information that the difference of opinion between the ministries of climate and development on the subject of direct lines is getting stronger and stronger. Especially since the Minister of Development, Waldemar Buda, has started to apply for entering a new draft act on this subject into the government’s list of works.
This was to be met with a more firm reaction from Climate Minister Anna Moskva, who gave a negative opinion on this issue to Łukasz Schreiber, who heads the Standing Committee of the Council of Ministers. The Moscow minister had argue that the subject of direct lines falls within the competence of the Ministry of Climate, and a separate legislative initiative in this matter will only bring greater legal uncertainty.
