On February 8, 2023, the Sejm passed the Act amending the Act on investments in wind farms and certain other acts (Sejm Paper No. 2938), along with amendments, in the form of replacing the minimum distance of 500 meters with a distance of 700 meters as a consequence of the earlier modification of Art. 4 sec. 1 in this regard, which was adopted as part of the first reading of the draft act in question.
Now the bill will be sent to the Senate, whose next plenary session is scheduled for February 21 and 22.
