The government has adopted regulations on the safety of offshore wind farms

At yesterday’s meeting, the Council of Ministers adopted a draft amendment to the act on maritime safety prepared by the Ministry of Infrastructure, which is to ensure appropriate standards for the construction and maintenance of offshore wind farms.

The purpose of the act presented by the minister of infrastructure is to ensure that the wind farms built in the Polish economic zone of the Baltic Sea meet the relevant requirements. This also applies to assemblies of devices used for power evacuation.
