On October 21, the application process for the second part of the Clean Air program, prepared for Poles with lower incomes, started. To get a higher subsidy (even up to PLN 37,000), you will need an income certificate issued by the commune. Additional facilities have been prepared by the National Fund for Environmental Protection and Water Management, including: a subsidy calculator, extension of the project by an additional six months and a list of equipment and materials compliant with the program.
Other beneficiaries of “Clean Air”, with an annual income of up to 100 thousand. PLN, are entitled to the basic level of funding (part one of the program). This means that they can apply for support up to 25,000. PLN when replacing a heat source and installing a photovoltaic installation (up to PLN 30,000 if the investment includes a heat pump and a PV installation). On the other hand, those whose income exceeds PLN 100,000 PLN, can take advantage of the thermomodernization relief in the PIT settlement (up to PLN 53 thousand).
Additionally, the National Fund for Environmental Protection and Water Management (NFOŚiGW) reminds that a new list of devices and materials that meet the technical requirements specified in the “Clean Air” program has recently been available at www.lista-zum.ios.edu.pl.
