The Council of Ministers adopted the Regulation on the maximum quantities and values of electricity from renewable energy sources that may be sold by auction in each successive calendar year 2022–2027, by producers specified in Art. 72 sec. 1 of the RES Act.
The regulation was published in the Journal of Laws and entered into force on October 13, 2022.
