The draft regulation constitutes the implementation of the authorization contained in art. 22 paragraph 6 of the Act of 25 August 2006 on biocomponents and liquid biofuels (Journal of Laws of 2019, item 1155), hereinafter referred to as the “Act” pursuant to which the minister competent for energy was obliged to specify the quality requirements for biocomponents , methods for testing the quality of biocomponents and the method of sampling biocomponents – taking into account the state of technical knowledge and the provisions of relevant standards in this respect.
