PSE S. A. with its registered office in Konstancin-Jeziorna, acting as an operator within the meaning of the Power Market Act of 8 December 2017 (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 9, as amended, hereinafter referred to as the ‘’Act’’), implementing the provisions of Article 29(2) of the Act, announce the dates of execution:
– the main auction for the delivery year 2024 – 12 December 2019
– additional auctions for individual quarters of the year of delivery 2021 – 18 March 2020
When implementing the provisions of points 9. 1. 4 of the Power Market Rules, the operator shall publish a detailed schedule of power auctions no later than 14 days before its commencement.
