The Ministry of Energy is beginning the process of social consultations and inter-ministerial arrangements of draft regulations to the Act of 14 December 2018 on the promotion of electricity from high-efficiency cogeneration.
The main objective of the proposed regulations is to ensure the proper functioning of the support mechanism for electricity from high-efficiency cogeneration.
