The president signed an amendment to the RES Act, the purpose of which is to allow prosumers using EU subsidies under umbrella projects to enter the current billing system – unlike other prosumers who will only be able to enter the new billing system by reporting the connection of their micro-installations after March 31 . In order for the prosumers participating in umbrella projects to gain more time to enter the discount system, they should conclude a contract with the entity implementing the EU project by the end of March and inform the energy seller about this fact.
