According to Dziennik Gazeta Prawna, the National Energy Policy until 2040 will not be developed before the parliamentary elections.
According to the newspaper, this is due to the current involvement of the Ministry of Energy in matters related to the Energy Pricing Act, the directional decision of the government to build a nuclear power plant, the failure to take a decision on the Zloczew deposit and the lack of a final concept for adapting the energy sector to the BAT conclusions.
