The Ministry of Energy withdrew from the proposed changes in the green certificate system concerning the modification of the method of calculating the so-called substitution fee.
26 March 2019 The Ministry of Energy organised a consensus conference to discuss the comments made in the public consultation on the draft amendment to the Renewable Energy Sources Act. During the conference, a representative of the Ministry declared that the ministry was withdrawing from the proposed changes in the calculation of the substitution fee, at the same time announcing that the discussion on the issue would be resumed on the occasion of the next amendment.
