The regulation of the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage, which was published in the Journal of Laws on September 27, 2022, introduces changes to the rules for submitting bids by participants of the balancing market.
According to the ministry, the new rules are to lead to a reduction in prices on the balancing market and, consequently, also in the short and long-term markets.
