Applications for the initiation of administrative proceedings regarding e.g. tariff approval or concession matters and answers to the Office may be sent electronically, in the format of attached pdf files, and for the .xls / .xlsx format tables – using the conversion and summing formulas.
The Office emphasizes that documents sent in this way, in accordance with the Code of Administrative Procedure, are treated on a par with paper documents with relevant signatures.
