There is 100 million PLN available for distribution. Half of this budget will be consumed by investments which are implemented in the area of medium cities, medium cities losing their socio-economic function and projects implemented in the area indicated in ZIT (Integrated Territorial Investments).
The projects from the Silesian Voivodeship which may receive support from the sub-measure 1. 7. 2 are not eligible for co-financing from the measure 1. 5 Effective distribution of heat and cold.
Only projects implemented in the voivodships, in which no applications for co-financing for a given type of investment were submitted to the Operational Programme Infrastructure and Environment (OPI&E) at the time of the call for proposals.
The call for proposals within OPI&E 2014-2020 gives the possibility to co-finance such projects as: reconstruction of existing heating systems and cooling networks (to reduce transmission and distribution losses), construction of connections to existing buildings and installation of individual nodes (resulting in the liquidation of group nodes), construction of new sections of the heating network with connections and heating nodes (to eliminate existing local sources of heat fired with solid fuel) and connection of buildings to the heating network (aimed at the liquidation of individual and collective low emission sources).
