The National Fund for Environmental Protection and Water Management (NFOŚiGW) is taking the next step in creating a modern infrastructure that will increase the amount of clean energy in Poland and at the same time strengthen the country’s energy security. In total, over PLN 258 million of support from the Cohesion Fund will be granted to 27 projects for the development of high-efficiency cogeneration, including 22 initiatives providing for the construction of cogeneration installations fuelled with natural gas and 5 using biomass.
