As reported, during a press conference on September 15 this year Minister of Climate and Environment Anna Moskwa, referring to the further proceedings of the government’s draft act amending the act on investments in wind farms and some other acts:
– This act has been consulted with the market for a long time. It requires consultation between us and the parliament. This is a difficult solution that still requires talks (biznesalert.pl).
Let us remind you that despite the fact that the government draft of the amendment was submitted to the Sejm in July this year, it has not yet been assigned the Sejm print number. The above fact makes it impossible to undertake further works and to carry out the 1st reading.
