The Ministry of Climate started to prepare an amendment to the RES Act for energy clusters, thanks to which systemic solutions will appear, giving such entities the basis for building business models. This was announced by Ireneusz Zyska during the European Economic Congress, which took place in Katowice last week.
The said amendment, however, will not be the one that was recently presented by the Ministry of Climate in the draft, but the solutions contained therein (e.g. extension of the concession exemption) may be useful in the event of cluster development.
Deputy Minister Zyska also announced that the Ministry of Climate is preparing another amendment which will create “opportunities to market clusters”.
