On 5th June during the First Congress of Cogeneration the Minister of Energy Krzysztof Tchórzewski informed that: The announcement of the modification of the 10h rule with respect to investments in windpower plants has triggered negative reactions and the Ministry of Energy does not plan to change this rule yet.
