On June 27, a draft regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment was published on the website of the Government Legislation Center on changing the volume of the volume of the total amount of electricity resulting from redeemed certificates of origin confirming the generation of electricity from renewable energy sources in the years 2024-2026.
According to the draft, it is proposed to reduce the share for the so-called green certificates from 12% in force in 2023 to 11% in 2024, 10% in 2025 and 9% in 2026, and maintaining the share for the so-called “blue certificates” at the level of 0.5%.
Comments within the public consultation may be submitted within 14 days from the date of making the draft available.
