The Energy Regulatory Office has published a notice for the individual cogeneration premium. The call will be carried out on December 18, 19 and 20, 2019.
The maximum amount of electricity from high-efficiency cogeneration whose sales can be covered by the individual cogeneration premium is: 36,000,000 MWh. The maximum value of the individual cogeneration premium for this amount of energy is PLN 4,297,230,000.
In addition, the Energy Regulatory Office published information specifying the rules for the functioning of the support system in the form of an individual cogeneration bonus, approved by the decision of the European Commission of April 15, 2019 in the case SA.51192 (2019 / N) – Poland – CHP support, including formal conditions, on the fulfillment of which the legislature made the possibility of using this support conditional.
