On 2 July this year, the website of the Chancellery of the Prime Minister published a communiqué concerning the adoption by the Council of Ministers of a draft law amending the law on access to information on the environment and its protection, public participation in environmental protection and environmental impact assessment and some other laws.
The draft act is aimed at streamlining administrative proceedings and shortening the procedures related to the implementation of the investment process, and in particular to obtaining environmental decisions, is the main objective of the amendment.
