According to the gramwzielone.pl website, the European Commission has presented the details of the plan known as REPower EU, which aims to quickly reduce the European Union’s dependence on the import of Russian energy resources. One element of this plan is the gradual introduction of the obligation to install solar panels on public and commercial buildings and even new homes.
