The Senate committees for the National Economy and Innovation and the Environment did not propose any amendments to the act on support for offshore wind energy. Therefore, the bill will now go to the plenary session of the Senate on January 11.
The Senate Legislative Office had 17 comments to the bill, mainly editorial, but the committees agreed to the requests of Ireneusz Zyska, deputy climate minister and government plenipotentiary for renewable energy sources, not to propose amendments due to the tight schedule. The emergency climate committee also supported the adoption of the law without amendments.
