During the meeting of the Council of Ministers held on November 24 this year, the draft act on promoting electricity generation in offshore wind farms (UD34) was not adopted again. As is clear from the memorandum of understanding from the meeting of the Council of Ministers, which was held a month earlier, i.e. on October 28 this year, the bill in question was then submitted for an opinion by the authorities competent in the field of state security and combating corruption. The reasons for not adopting the draft during the last meeting of the Council of Ministers have not yet been made public.
