During his speech, Ireneusz Zyska, Deputy Minister of Climate and Environment, emphasized that all steps were taken to ensure that the work related to the adoption and entry into force of the act on promoting offshore wind energy would be completed at the end of this year. The uncertainty in this matter concerns the sessions and work of the Sejm. The deputy minister emphasizes that if the January 1 deadline is exceeded, it will most likely be slight shifts that will not affect the pace of offshore projects implementation. As he emphasizes, five large economic projects are already waiting to be implemented under the first support system based on state aid, pursuant to a decision issued by the President of the Energy Regulatory Office. The Ministry hopes that the bill will soon be submitted to the Sejm.
