Due to the amendment to the Construction Law, from September 19, in the case of photovoltaic installations with a capacity of at least 6.5 kW, it is required to agree the design with a fire protection expert in terms of compliance with fire protection requirements.
In addition, the amendment introduced the obligation to report the completion of the construction of a photovoltaic installation to the State Fire Service, district or municipal commander of the State Fire Service.
Companies from the photovoltaic market believe that although the introduction of the obligation to agree the project with an appraiser should not hinder the stage of connecting the micro-installations to the grid, it may extend the entire investment process.
