The Corporate Supervision Reform Commission at the Ministry of State Assets has developed a draft amendment to the Commercial Companies Code and certain other acts. On Wednesday, August 5 this year. Public consultations of the proposed regulations have begun.
In accordance with the Ministry’s announcement, the purpose of these changes is to develop a proposal for reforming the law on corporate governance, and in particular to present recommendations on the introduction of corporate law, increase the effectiveness of supervisory boards and develop other recommendations in the field of commercial law reform.
Consultations last until September 19 this year.
