The public information bulletin of the Energy Regulatory Office published a notice about the next public procurement procedure for the provision of the Internet Auction Platform system development service in order to conduct an auction in 2019 for the sale of electricity generated in renewable energy installations and system maintenance.
Previous procurement procedure was annulled in accordance with the notification of September 5 this year, due to too high price provided in the offer. In the first proceeding, only one offer was submitted by the Contractor – PORTAL PZP Sp. z o.o.
The above has a significant impact on the time of the auction. In the event of a repetition of the situation and a lack of resolution again, the electronic form of auction may be put in question.
